Pearl Collective Newsletter – August 1, 2026

It’s the dream of many designers to work with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clients. After all, these clients can result in high-profile projects, access to a network of connections, and lucrative repeat work. This week’s new articles discuss how to attract luxury clients to your website with the latest in SEO best practices, then how to create a checklist to make sure your firm is appealing to luxury clients. And how will you furnish those luxury homes? Maybe with our latest podcast guest, George Diebold, who provides fine art photography to interior designers as an alternative to paintings and other more common wall art.

If you’re in the Denver area, don’t miss our upcoming August 11th panel with Verellen! Details below.

Gail Doby followed photographer George Diebold’s weekly newsletter for over six years before purchasing two large-scale fine art pieces for her new space. In this episode, George shares how earning an interior design degree at age 50 transformed the way he communicates with design clients and presents fine art options. They also explore the mechanics of dye sublimation, artwork editions, and the shift toward authentic art in an AI-dominated landscape.

Big Congratulations to Tennille Wood, founder and principal designer of Beautiful Habitat, for being featured in the August 2026 issue of Colorado Homes & Lifestyles! Her stunning redesign is showcased in “Step Inside This New Traditional Tuscan Abode.”

Facing a full main-floor overhaul of a 2013 Lone Tree build in Montecito, Tennille transformed the kitchen, dining, living room, mudroom, guest room, and guest bath into a host’s dream. By blending bold touches—like vibrant entryway wallpaper softened by an oversized gilt-framed mirror—she successfully injected personality and warmth throughout the home to create the ultimate space for gathering family and friends.

Congratulations to Tennille on this well-deserved spotlight!
