Over the fifteen years of running our coaching business, we have continued to evolve and transform how we serve the design industry. Starting out in 2007 as Design Success University, we provided business classes and training for interior designers. We expanded our services to become Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting in 2014, offering our elite VIP program.
As our company continued to evolve, we carefully analyzed who we are, what we stand for, and what we strive to achieve. This led to our new brand, Pearl Collective, in 2022. Our new brand better represents the breadth of our expertise and aligns with our refined vision. Our unwavering commitment to our values, our clients, and our core philosophy remains the same.
